3. 7-day Easy Returns/Exchange: We offer a hassle-free exchange or return policy if the product is received damaged at the time of delivery. (Return Not Applicable if the medicine pack is opened)
Here’s how to proceed:
Step 1: Reach out to our customer support team via email at feedback@minsmint.com or call us at 022 4896 4896 within 7 days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide your order details explain your concern. Please include an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will support answering your concern and if still you are not satisfied and if the medicine pack is not opened you may proceed for returning the same. We will initiate the refund process only after receiving the medicine in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact (as applicable).
Note: If we’re unable to process an exchange due to product unavailability, we’ll issue a refund for the product’s price. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. The refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 30 days.
Please note: For any order, if you apply for exchange/return more than once, INR200 would be charged for shipping, payable during the time of delivery.
4. Non-Eligibility for Return or Exchange: We regret to inform you that we cannot offer a return or exchange if:

The medicine pack is opened.

The medicine is returned without original packaging, including bar code, labels, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.

The product is used or altered.
5. Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: Please refrain from returning any medicine before receiving confirmation from our team. If any medicine is returned without confirmation, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for defects or variations based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return meets all conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. You’ll receive an email and SMS notifying you if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 30 business days.
If your pin code is non-serviceable for return pickup, we may request you to ship the product back to us. We’ll refund courier charges up to Rs.50 to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by contacting our customer care team.
Returns will only be accepted for products purchased on this website. GoApptiv products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.
If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
